  • Collaborate with primary care providers and behavioral health team members to assess, treat, and monitor patients with mental health and/or substance use concerns.
  • Conduct DSM
  • aligned evaluations and use measurement
  • based tools (e. g., PHQ

Requirements

  • Current Montana license as a PCLC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW, or the ability to obtain one before starting, required
  • Knowledge of evidence
  • based treatment approaches and brief intervention techniques (e. g., Motivational Interviewing, Behavioral Activation)
  • Strong care coordination, communication, and documentation skills
