Join CHCC as a Licenced Behavioral Health Provider - School Based in Great Falls, Montana.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with primary care providers and behavioral health team members to assess, treat, and monitor patients with mental health and/or substance use concerns.
- Conduct DSM-5-aligned evaluations and use measurement-based tools (e. g., PHQ-9) to track symptoms, treatment response, and side effects.
- Support psychotropic medication management by monitoring adherence and reporting concerns to providers.
- Coordinate referrals to in-house and external evidence-based treatments and social support services.
Requirements
- Current Montana license as a PCLC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW, or the ability to obtain one before starting, required.
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches and brief intervention techniques (e. g., Motivational Interviewing, Behavioral Activation).
- Strong care coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
- Passion for working with school-aged youth from diverse backgrounds.
