Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat residents in assisted living and independent living communities to improve functional independence and quality of life. Collaborate with care teams and caregivers to develop personalized care plans and document patient progress.
Requirements
Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) or license eligible in the state of practice. Candidates should be graduates of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program with an interest in geriatric rehabilitation.
