About the Role

Join EPIC Health System LLC as a Behavioral Health Specialist – Outpatient Only, No Call in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Provide outpatient therapy to adults and/or children.

Deliver crisis intervention and behavioral stabilization as needed.

Maintain a structured caseload of one patient per hour to ensure quality care. Integrated Team Collaboration

Requirements

Experience with assessments, treatment planning, therapy, and crisis intervention. Preferred Qualities:

Comfortable with structured outpatient medication
