About the Role

Join Northeastern Tribal Health System as a Behavioral Health Case Manager – M-F, No Weekends in United States. Description Position Summary: Provide client centered management assistance, services, and resources to Behavioral Health Department and Patients. Position responsibilities: Provides resource information to patient population for Behavioral Health.

Key Responsibilities

Provides resource information to patient population for Behavioral Health.

Establish rapport and professional relationships with area agencies and patients.

Provide direct linkage services to patients with area resources.

Collaborate with providers, healthcare professionals, social service agencies and support staff.

Requirements

Friday Minimal overtime FREE Health and Life insurance to NTHS employees. 10 hours of personal leave (Annual and Sick) is accrued bi

weekly. 6% total match on 401K Advertising until filled.
