Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Technician provides direct support, guidance, and monitoring to individuals in residential treatment while ensuring adherence to program guidelines. They are also responsible for accurate documentation, care coordination, and assisting with facility management tasks like meal service and housekeeping.

Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma or G.E.D. and previous experience as a client advocate, PCA, or similar role. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass background and drug screenings are mandatory.
