A 78 acre campus and the largest psychiatric facility in the state, serving the western two thirds of Kansas with nearly 1,000 employees and capacity to treat more than 450 patients daily.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Psychologist will manage a clinical caseload of adult inpatients with serious mental illness while providing supervision and clinical guidance to staff and trainees. They will also contribute to forensic evaluations, risk assessment, and quality improvement initiatives within a multidisciplinary treatment team.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in a qualifying psychology discipline and be eligible for licensure by the Kansas Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board. Experience working with serious mental illness is a firm requirement, with preference given to those with forensic or inpatient psychiatric backgrounds.
