Gentle Dental is seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Endodontist to support our practices in Surprise and Avondale, Arizona. This is an excellent opportunity to join established practices with a strong referral network, flexible scheduling, and the support of a comprehensive dental organization.

$25,000 sign-on bonus available.

H-1B, TN, and Green Card sponsorship are available for this position.

This position supports two Gentle Dental practices in the Surprise and Avondale

area:

• Avondale

• Avondale, AZ 85392

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endodontics

• Endodontic Residency Certificate

• Graduate of an accredited dental school

• Current applicable state dental license, or ability to obtain one by the start of employment

• Required professional licenses and certifications, including CPR, DEA, and NPI, as applicable

• One year of experience preferred
