Oncology Nurse Navigator (RN) - 32 hours/week, M-F

Key Responsibilities

The Oncology Nurse Navigator serves as a patient advocate and liaison, guiding patients through their cancer care journey by coordinating care and identifying resources. They perform regular patient rounds, evaluate progress, and provide clinical education and emotional support to patients and their families.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current Maine RN license and possess strong communication and organizational skills. A minimum of two years of oncology nursing experience is preferred.
