Key Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse Patient Navigator guides patients through their healthcare journey by coordinating treatment plans and acting as an advocate across the continuum of care. They also track patient outcomes and compile data to provide strategic recommendations that optimize internal processes and clinical delivery.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a valid Registered Nurse credential from the Maryland Board of Nursing and possess at least 3 years of RN experience. A diploma from an accredited school of nursing is required, and outpatient clinic experience is preferred.
