Key Responsibilities
- Use professional judgment in interpreting and adapting guidelines such as agency policies, regulations, precedents, and work directions for application to specific cases or problems.
- Demonstrates the ability to assign personnel and tasks to be accomplished in a manner that assures completion of the workload.
- Oversees and directs clinical guidance in a manner that assures completion of the workload.
- Communicates with individuals of varying backgrounds to solve problems and provide conflict resolution.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or Diploma from an accredited Respiratory Therapy Program. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- One (1) year critical care experience and one (1) year of related supervisory/lead experience in hospital setting. Three (3) years of each preferred.
- Supervision/Management knowledge and experience
- Strong conflict resolution skills
