We are seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist and Physical Therapist Assistants to join our team at AdvisaCare! Key Responsibilities

Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans developed by the licensed Physical Therapist.

Conduct therapeutic exercises and activities with clients, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and coordination.

Provide guidance and education to clients and their families on proper techniques for exercises, transfers, and ambulation.

Assess and document clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
