Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve functional goals. Manage caseloads, maintain detailed clinical documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure optimum patient care and discharge planning.

Requirements

Requires a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy and a valid state license as a Physical Therapist. Must hold or obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and possess the physical ability to lift and transfer patients.
