Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist Assistant will administer physical therapy treatment plans to patients in their homes to help them regain strength and independence. Responsibilities include performing therapeutic exercises, documenting clinical records, and coordinating with the Physical Therapist and branch staff.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current state license to practice Physical Therapy and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. A current CPR certification and knowledge of geriatric care are also required for this role.
