The Medical Pod Leader provides clinical oversight for a team of Advanced Practice Providers while maintaining a small panel of patients for hands-on care. They are responsible for clinical performance, quality outcomes, team development, and ensuring adherence to diagnostic and documentation standards.
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy degree and possess an active medical license. A valid driver's license, good driving record, and active CPR certification are also required.
