Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Principal Duties and Responsibilities Partner with internal leaders to understand Children's growth strategies and talent needs.
- Build partnering relationships with Emory School of Medicine Department of Pediatrics administration leadership to achieve joint hiring targets.
- Create and manage sourcing strategies to identify and attract high quality executive-level and physician candidates across the healthcare system.
- Assess, qualify, and prioritize candidates according to how well they match and exceed position requirements.
