Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Consultant provides clinical assessments and evidence-based interventions within primary care settings using the PCBH model. They collaborate with primary care providers to support treatment planning and monitor patient behavioral health and biopsychosocial needs.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work, or a Doctorate in Psychology, and possess a valid Pennsylvania license (LCSW, LPC, or LP). A minimum of one year of experience in a behavioral health setting is required.
