Key Responsibilities
- provide upfront tuition coverage through FlexPath Funded for eligible team members.
Requirements
- PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Assesses data to determine medical necessity and appropriateness of level of care/admission based on approved criteria.
- Completes insurance verification and authorizations for specific patient population from preadmission through discharge.

- Notifies physician, business office, and patient/family of insurance denials.
- Attends weekly treatment team meetings with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff to discuss treatment options, benefits, insurance authorizations, and discharge planning.
- Collects, records, and maintains clinical information gathered from concurrent or retrospective review and assess for medical necessity criteria.
Work Schedule
- Part-Time position.
- Day shift only - no nights.
