Join Child Guidance Resource as a Family Based Therapist – Flexible Schedule in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. CGRC’s Family Based Services is a 32-week process. Families are assigned a team of two clinicians who work closely with clients in the home, school and community to address not only the child’s emotional struggles but also the larger systemic issues contributing to troublesome behavior.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related behavioral health field. A minimum of two years of experience working with children and families in mental health, education, or social systems is required.
