Job Details: Job Location: Mobile Unit - Kansas City, MO, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Category: Health Care, POSITION SUMMARY: Samuel U. Rodgers Health Center is seeking a compassionate, mission-driven, and highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide behavioral health services to children and adolescents in both school-based and clinic settings. This position is dedicated to improving access to high-quality mental health care for underserved youth through innovative and community-based service delivery. The LCSW will provide assessment, diagnosis, therapy, crisis intervention, care coordination, and consultation services for children and their families.

The position will serve students through Samuel U. Rodgers Health Center's Behavioral Health Mobile Unit, operating in partnership with charter schools across the Kansas City area three days per week, and provide outpatient behavioral health services at the health center's main campus two days per week. The ideal candidate is passionate about integrated care, trauma-informed treatment, and reducing barriers to mental health services for children and their families.

Work Schedule Three (3) days per week

Required Qualifications Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program. Current and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the State of Missouri, or eligibility for Missouri licensure or in process to obtain it. Minimum of two years of clinical experience providing behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and/or adults. Experience conducting behavioral health assessments, treatment planning, and psychotherapy. Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills. Ability to travel between school and clinic locations. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish. Experience working in school-based behavioral health, community mental health, or integrated healthcare settings. Experience serving culturally diverse and underserved populations. Training in trauma-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy, or other evidence-based interventions for children and youth. Demonstrated willingness to pursue and obtain Registered Play Therapist (RPT) credentials or equivalent play therapy certification. Experience working within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) environment. Knowledge of trauma-informed care, child development, and evidence-based interventions. Experience utilizing electronic health records (EHR). EDUCATION Must have a Master's Degree in a licensable profession (Social Work, Professional Counselor, Psychologist).

Work Schedule Three (3) days per week

Behavioral Health Mobile Unit serving charter schools throughout the Kansas City area. Two (2) days per week: Samuel U. Rodgers Health Center Main Campus, 825 Euclid Avenue, Kansas City, MO 64124. Occasional evening or community outreach events may be required.
