About the Role

Join Cortica as a Behavioral Technician delivering naturalistic, play-based ABA therapy to children with autism and neurodevelopmental differences. This role offers hands-on training and certification with a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services.
Implement positive behavior strategies developed with BCBAs.
Document session data and track treatment goals.
Collaborate with families and supervisors.
Follow crisis protocols including de-escalation and mandated reporting.

Requirements

Experience working with children; autism experience a plus.
High school diploma or higher.
Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days.
Reliable transportation within 30-40 minute radius.
Tech-savvy with EMR and Microsoft Office.
