Physical Therapist (PRN)

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include developing and updating individualized care plans and providing physical therapy services according to the physician's plan of care. The therapist will also assess functional status, mobility, and the home environment while educating patients and families.

Licensure & Certifications

Candidates must be a Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Nevada, holding a degree from a CAPTE-accredited program and having passed the state-approved exam. A minimum of two years of experience, preferably in home health, along with current CPR certification and reliable transportation, is required.
