About the Role
Join Cortica as a Behavior Technician providing direct behavior therapy services to children with autism and neurodevelopmental differences. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team in various settings including home, school, and clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend paid orientation and complete BCAT training.
- Implement behavior-analytic services and positive behavior strategies.
- Work 1:1 and group settings with children and families.
- Complete documentation and data collection.
- Assist with assessments and crisis management.
Requirements
- Experience working with children, preferably with autism.
- Registered Behavior Technician or willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 45 days.
- Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Skilled with EMR and Microsoft Office.
