About the Role

Join Cortica as a Behavior Technician providing direct behavior therapy services to children with autism and neurodevelopmental differences. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team in various settings including home, school, and clinic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend paid orientation and complete BCAT training.
  • Implement behavior-analytic services and positive behavior strategies.
  • Work 1:1 and group settings with children and families.
  • Complete documentation and data collection.

Requirements

  • Experience working with children, preferably with autism.
  • Registered Behavior Technician or willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 45 days.
