About the Role

Join Cortica as a Behavior Technician providing direct behavior therapy services to children with autism and neurodevelopmental differences. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team in various settings including home, school, and clinic.

Key Responsibilities

Attend paid orientation and complete BCAT training.
Implement behavior-analytic services and positive behavior strategies.
Work 1:1 and group settings with children and families.
Complete documentation and data collection.

Requirements

Experience working with children, preferably with autism.
Registered Behavior Technician or willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 45 days.
