Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status and needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client assessments.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Monitor and document clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Requirements

• Required Education: Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Required Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a mental health setting, providing therapeutic services to individuals with diverse mental health needs.

• Proven track record of working effectively with clients dealing with a range of psychiatric disorders, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and substance abuse.

• Experience in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions.
