Key Responsibilities

The therapist is responsible for conducting individual and group therapy sessions while managing assigned cases, including treatment planning and utilization review. They also contribute to program growth, quality assurance, and represent the organization within the community and corporate environments.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a minimum of a master's degree in a related field and possess relevant clinical licensure such as LPC, LSW, LMFT, or CADC. Proven experience in clinical revenue generation, insurance billing, and evidence-based practice implementation is required.
