Key Responsibilities

- Performs all required data collection for department and agency accurately and within designated time frame. Consistently meets designated patient care productivity standards.

Requirements
- 3 years experience in an occupational therapy/rehab setting. Licenses: BLS
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR)
- American Heart Association required OT
- Occupational Therapist
