Key Responsibilities
- Position Summary: The Lead Chemical Dependency Counselor provides advanced clinical services for patients with acute substance use needs.
- The role is responsible for completing comprehensive assessments, coordinating care, supporting the social work team with discharge planning, and leading clinical interventions for complex cases.
- The Lead Clinician Manager also serves as a key resource for staff, supports program development and provides leadership coverage in the absence of the Director.
- Key Responsibilities: Complete comprehensive ASAM 4 Level of Care Assessments and ensure accurate documentation in the electronic medical records system.

- Education: Masters degree in Social Work or Psychology required.
