Key Responsibilities

• Essential Functions Provides appropriate supervision and direction to pharmacists, technicians, residents, interns, and other support personnel.

• Responsible for human capital issues involving supervised team members; to include but not limited to, hiring, mentoring, development, evaluations, and performance management.

• Develops and maintains standards for area of accountability and communicates those standards to the staff.

Requirements

• Clinical Pharmacist

• State of Michigan 90 Days required And LIC

• Pharmacist Controlled Substance

• State of Michigan 90 Days required Basic Life Support (BLS)
