Key Responsibilities
- Organizes and participates in meetings related to care coordination; completes documentation for direct services provided to ensure timely and accurate completion.
- Transports individuals receiving services to appointments, activities, and/or work.
Requirements
- Minimum Job Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent and one year of experience working in a human services field are required.
- A valid driver's license with acceptable driving record is preferred.
- Experience working with adolescents in a behavioral health setting is preferred.
- Minimum Shifts: Candidates are required to cover a minimum of 1 shift per month.
Benefits & Compensation
- Hourly rate: $1.5/hr.
Work Schedule
- Per Diem position.
- Call responsibilities required.
- Night or evening shifts may be required.
