Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) — $65–$70/hr + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus; Full-Time or Part-Time

What You'll Do
As a Dental Hygienist at Vienna Smiles, you will play an important role in providing comprehensive preventive and periodontal care while educating patients about their oral health.
Responsibilities Include
- Providing comprehensive dental hygiene services
- Performing dental prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance
- Completing thorough periodontal charting
- Taking digital dental X-rays
- Performing scaling and root planing (SRP)
- Conducting oral cancer screenings
- Providing fluoride treatments
- Educating patients about proper oral hygiene and periodontal health
- Reviewing treatment needs and communicating recommendations clearly
- Creating a comfortable, positive experience for every patient
- Working collaboratively with the doctors and dental team
We're looking for a hygienist who is clinically confident, compassionate, personable, and committed to providing excellent patient care.
Qualifications
- Virginia Dental Hygiene License (hygienists awaiting licensure are welcome to apply)
- CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent patient education skills
- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with patients
