  • Manage a diverse, high-volume caseload with support from an experienced veterinary team.
  • Build trusting relationships with clients through clear communication and education.
  • Collaborate with doctors, technicians, assistants, and hospital leadership.
  • Contribute to a positive, respectful, and learning-focused team culture.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and follow all regulatory requirements.
  • Continue developing your clinical, surgical, and leadership skills.
  • Opportunities to Grow
  • Depending on your experience and interests, you may also have opportunities to:
  • Mentor Associate Veterinarians and paraprofessional team members.
  • Support medical quality and clinical standards.
  • Lead case discussions and team learning.
  • Help shape workflows and the future growth of the practice.
  • Step into formal medical leadership now or in the future.

What You’ll Need

  • DVM or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited program.
  • Active veterinary license in good standing, or the ability to obtain a Colorado license.
  • DEA and USDA accreditation, or the ability to obtain them.
  • Experience practicing general medicine and surgery.
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
  • A commitment to compassionate, evidence-based veterinary care.

Experience with soft-tissue surgery and complex medical cases is valued, but we welcome veterinarians with a range of backgrounds and clinical interests.
