Key Responsibilities
Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to help residents improve independence in daily activities. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and caregivers to implement functional goals and document progress using technology tools.
Requirements
Must be a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with a passion for functional, resident-centered care. Requires the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, to support residents in their natural environment.
