Key Responsibilities
The Community Counselor provides strength-based clinical interventions and care coordination to members in community, educational, or home-based settings. They are responsible for facilitating Child and Family Team meetings and documenting case activities for clinical and billing purposes.
Requirements
Candidates must have at least 4 years of direct member care experience in behavioral health and possess a high school diploma or GED. Additional requirements include a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and an Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
