Key Responsibilities

The Primary Counselor manages a caseload of high-risk pregnant and parenting women, providing individual, family, and group psychotherapy. They are responsible for coordinating clinical services, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary treatment team.

Requirements

A Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field is required. One year of experience in addiction treatment is preferred, along with relevant professional licensure or certification.
