About Us – Respiratory Therapy Respiratory Therapy consists of state licensed, professionally trained respiratory care practitioners and therapists. Our team is there to assess the needs of patients and provide therapies to help speed the healing and recovery to return to the highest possible level of cardiopulmonary health as quickly as possible. We are looking for compassionate individuals with critical thinking skills to quickly solve problems and work alongside our team.

Schedule: Full-time (36 Hours per Week)

What You'll Do

Responsible for evaluation and treatment of patients with Cardiac or Pulmonary disorders. Obtains, analyzes and correlates patient clinical data and makes recommendations and / or implements care plan. Manages complex patient / ventilator systems within protocol guidelines. Anticipates crises and complications and performs or recommends appropriate interventions. Works independently within departmental guidelines.

Requirements Currently registered as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) though the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). Licensed as an RCP in Missouri. Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) preferred PALS Provider preferred. ECMO experience S.T.A.B.L.E. Learner AHA ACLS within 180 days. AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers within 30 days. Preferred

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients with cardiac or pulmonary disorders. This includes managing complex ventilator systems and implementing care plans based on clinical data analysis.

Requirements

Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) through the NBRC and licensed as an RCP in Missouri. BLS and ACLS certifications are required, with NRP and PALS preferred.
