Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive telemedicine E&M visits
• Review and approve care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Document clinical findings per Medicare standards
• Provide clinical leadership for care continuity

Requirements

• Active MD or DO license with multi-state licensure (30–50 states)
• Board certification preferred in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Experience with Medicare beneficiaries and telehealth platforms
