Physician (Primary Care Outpatient)

Key Responsibilities

Provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans. Coordinate with specialists and maintain accurate patient records while ensuring continuity of care.

Requirements

Must hold a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution. Completion of an accredited residency program in family practice or internal medicine is required, along with board certification or eligibility.
