Who We're Looking For
Forge Health is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and team-oriented Clinician to join our Veteran and First Responder program in Pennsylvania. As a Clinician, you will be providing best in class mental health services that will be delivered via telehealth, designed specifically to treat addiction and mental health conditions for the Veteran and First Responder population.
- This position will be performed remotely, and reports directly to our Executive Clinical Director.

What You'll Be Doing
Facilitates intensive outpatient programs (IOP) and services for Mental Health conditions, and substance use disorder, including individual and family therapy, as well as case management for a caseload of individual client services
- Maintain an outpatient caseload providing individual outpatient group, and IOP group therapy sessions
- Conduct clinical intakes and comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide in-person clinical coverage within the Greensburg clinic
- Collaborate with internal Forge providers, including medication management and program staff, to coordinate care
- Support continuity of care during planned staff leave periods
- Complete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with PA regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned

Compensation for this role is $30-45/clinical hour based on a per-session hourly rate, with the ability to earn quarterly incentive opportunities. Administrative time is paid at a separate hourly rate. Exact compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, and location.
What You'll Need
Current, unrestricted license in Pennsylvania as a LCSW or similar credentials including LPC, LSW, LAPC, or LMFT
- Masters Degree in a clinical field (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related discipline)
- Experience providing psychotherapy and counseling services to adult populations
- Strong experience in group facilitation and IOP settings
- Familiarity with Pennsylvania behavioral health regulations and clinical documentation standards
