Elementary School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Stafford, VA

About the Opportunity

AnthroMed Education is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support elementary students in the Stafford, VA area for the 2026–2027 school year.

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative school team while receiving dedicated clinical support from AnthroMed throughout the school year. You'll work with a blended caseload that includes students with articulation and language needs, as well as students with low-incidence disabilities.

Position Highlights

• Full-time position for the 2026–2027 school year
• K–5th or K–8th grade caseload
• Approximately 40–50 students
• Blended caseload with articulation, language, and low-incidence needs
• Shared office space available
• Active member of a multidisciplinary team
• Weekly pay every Friday
• Dedicated clinical support and mentorship
• Bi-weekly SLP team meetings
• Materials and professional development support

What You'll Do

• Provide speech and language therapy services based on students' individual needs and IEP goals
• Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Provide direct and consultative services to students
• Support students with articulation, language, and other communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and related service providers
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Use evidence-based practices to support students' communication and educational goals

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• ASHA certification or eligibility
• Valid Virginia SLP license or eligibility for Virginia licensure
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for supporting students and providing high-quality speech and language services

Compensation & Benefits

• $68,000–$88,000 annual salary
