OD Physician PRN

Key Responsibilities

The OD Physician PRN will conduct required admission assessments for new patients and respond to the acute medical and psychiatric needs of all inpatients during on-call periods. This role also involves collaborating on after-hours referrals, conducting comprehensive admission evaluations, and managing acute patient issues.

Requirements

Minimum qualifications require completion of an approved Medical School and Residency in Psychiatry, Family/General Medicine, or Internal Medicine, along with a current license to practice medicine in Virginia. Applicants must also possess an active Virginia DEA number before clinical privileges are approved.
