Requirements
- Completion of approved Medical School and Residency in Psychiatry, Family/General Medicine, or Internal Medicine
- License to practice medicine in the Commonwealth of Virginia
- Active Virginia DEA number prior to approval of clinical privilege Additional Considerations
- Board Certified
