Key Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist will conduct comprehensive evaluations and deliver individualized, evidence-based treatment plans to improve mobility and function for geriatric patients. They will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and educate residents and caregivers to support long-term independence and safety.
Requirements
Candidates must be graduates of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program and hold an active state PT license in good standing. Strong communication skills and a passion for geriatric care are essential for this role.
