About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Engaging with individuals supported at Neil Dobbins Facility Based Crisis Center.
- Building Rapport with individuals supported at Neil Dobbins Facility Based Crisis to increase follow up success after discharge.
- Supporting/assisting individuals in daily decision making and resolution of minor problems and connecting them to community resources
- Assisting individuals in finding resources, advising of processes, and encouraging follow through with proposed resolutions, locating social activities, or provide other assistance as needed
Requirements
- General working knowledge of the human services delivery system in North Carolina
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation Responsibilities:
