Key Responsibilities
- Ensure both patient and provider satisfaction and develop plans for improvement
- Provides input into the hospitalist team s financial, clinical, and service quality performance; budget; capital plan; and personnel issues
- Provide real time feedback to PCPs regarding clinical and operational guidelines to optimize patient care and clinical efficiency
- Participate in the development, adoption, and implementation process for clinical standards for inpatient care
- Enhances professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, literature review, in-services, and workshops
Requirements
- State of New Mexico Medical License
