Key Responsibilities

Ensure both patient and provider satisfaction and develop plans for improvement
Provides input into the hospitalist team s financial, clinical, and service quality performance; budget; capital plan; and personnel issues
Provide real time feedback to PCPs regarding clinical and operational guidelines to optimize patient care and clinical efficiency
Participate in the development, adoption, and implementation process for clinical standards for inpatient care
Enhances professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, literature review, in-services, and workshops

Requirements

State of New Mexico Medical License
