About the Role

Join American Addiction Centers as a Cardiology Device Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiology Clinic in United States. Department: 02050 AMG Downers Grove 3825 Highland Ave POB - Cardiology Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hours Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Monday thru Fridays 2 days remote/3 days in office. Training will all be on-site Pay Range $35.

Key Responsibilities

Direct Nursing Care Consistently encourages questions from patients and their families and offers guidance that fosters compliance.

Provides patient education on all aspects of heart pacing.

Administers medications according to approved policy/procedure following protocol or physician order and monitors response.

Evaluates and manages the care of patients with cardiac pacemakers and automatic internal cardiac defibrillator systems.
