Key Responsibilities
- Lead Behavioral Health Clinicians are eligible for a Sign On Bonus up to $2,500.00, in accordance with program guidelines
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy or related human service field required.

Requirements
- of one year of experience as a licensed Clinician working with behavioral health and/or chemical dependency population, adults preferred.
- Experience in leading clinical care teams preferred.
- Current Connecticut license; LCSW, LPC, LMFT; LCSW is preferred Excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish relationships within and outside their entity.
