Key Responsibilities
- WHAT YOU’LL DO COMPREHENSIVE OUTPATIENT CARE
- Conduct mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide outpatient therapy to adults and/or children.
- Deliver crisis intervention and behavioral stabilization as needed.
Requirements
- Experience with assessments, treatment planning, therapy, and crisis intervention.
- Ability to practice independently in the state of Illinois. PREFERRED:
- Experience in integrated or primary care behavioral health settings.
- Comfortable collaborating with medical providers on medication management.

- Salary: $75K - $90K
Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
- Hybrid position - combination of remote and on-site.
- Weekend coverage may be required.
- Day shift only - no nights.
