Requirements

• 3–5 years of post-graduate, professional social work experience in women’s health, fertility, adoption, or family services Internship experience will not be considered.

• Strong communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to support families in emotionally sensitive situations.

• Comfort with virtual communication tools and case management platforms.

• Flexibility to occasionally support clients outside of standard business hours (different time zones, evening calls, or urgent situations).
