Ability Avenues is seeking a Clinic Supervisor to support our EIDBI program for children with autism and related conditions. Working under our lead clinical supervisor, you will provide hands-on clinical support, coach staff, work with families, and help keep daily clinic operations organized.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person observation and direction within your scope of practice.
• Deliver family and caregiver training.
• Coach behavior technicians and support consistent implementation of treatment plans.
• Review client progress and collaborate with our lead clinical supervisor on treatment updates.
• Support staff onboarding, clinical documentation, supervision scheduling, and clinic administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota licensure as an LBA, LICSW, LPCC, or LMFT.
• Meet Minnesota DHS requirements for an EIDBI Qualified Supervising Professional, including documented experience and training with autism or related conditions.
• Enrolled or eligible to enroll with Minnesota Health Care Programs as a QSP.
• Strong communication, organization, and staff coaching skills.
• Preferred: BCBA certification with active Minnesota LBA licensure and experience providing EIDBI services.
