Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with autism spectrum disorder. They are also responsible for supervising behavior technicians and providing ongoing training to staff and caregivers.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a related field and possess a current BCBA certification. Strong experience in ABA service delivery and proficiency in various ABA methodologies are required.
