Key Responsibilities
The Registered Dietitian performs nutritional assessments and develops care plans for frail elderly participants within an interdisciplinary team. They also oversee kitchen operations, monitor therapeutic diets, and provide nutrition education to participants and caregivers.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in nutrition or dietetics and CDR certification as a Registered Dietitian. Candidates must have at least one year of experience with the frail elderly population and current BLS/First Aid certification.
