Key Responsibilities

• will do: Reporting to the Practice Manager or Clinical Supervisor, utilizes the nursing process in the delivery of patient care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes revising plans of care as indicated.

• provide coordinated patient care in order to achieve desired outcomes as an active member of a multidiscipli.

• provide care appropriate to the age(s) of the patients served.

• provide community-connected healthcare for all.

Requirements

• New RN graduates may be considered for some departments.
